The Performance Improvement Programmes Limited is really exactly what it says on the box. We are a team of performance improvement and organisation development specialists whose wish is to help large, medium and small organisations and teams and their Boards acquire the tools they need to improve and optimise their performance.

We ensure you can evaluate every single programme both in terms of how enjoyable it was for participants at the end of each workshop but more importantly as ROI - your return on investment. We do not believe it is ethical to run programmes on which money is spent unless the organisation as well as the individual gets a return many times greater than the cost.
Payback x10s, x100s or x1000s
It is all too easy for trainers to say 'well the return on investment was in the learning of the individual'. We do not believe that is enough. It is all well and good, but it is really appropriate if you are spending tens, hundreds or thousands of pounds on training, that you see at least and preferably many times that reflected in improved performance and results to your bottom line.
Interventions that work
So, we are not trainers - we do not train people by hoping they will learn by talking about what they might do if ever they meet the circumstances the trainer describes. We are professional facilitators - 'we intervene to cause people to do the things that create results' in their place of work and from which they do learn a lot because it's live and real.

Licensed to help you deliver
Key facilitators on the Register of Professional Facilitators database are licensed to run PIP's modules and programmes on our behalf. We run a careful feedback and evaluation process from customers to ensure that what you are getting is as good as that which we intended you to have, and as good as your expectations would require.
